While the room cleanliness was acceptable, housekeeping could improve the attention to detail in maintaining the overall presentation. The hotel staff were the highlight of the stay, being super helpful and accommodating, especially during the national Census when most services were closed. Their willingness to assist with storing our food and offering restroom facilities was truly appreciated.In terms of amenities, the limited on-site parking and proximity to a grocery store were convenient for guests. Although the hotel lacks luxurious features like a terrace or garden area, the warm and welcoming staff compensated for the lack of upscale offerings. For those seeking a modest and budget-friendly stay in Viña del Mar, Boutique 3 Poniente offers a decent option worth considering.
